Our commission is 25% of the payout from the platform, after its fees, with no setup or exit fees. On top of that come fixed-price flat fees: linen, from €20 to €60 per month depending on the size of the property, or €0 if you supply your own linen, and consumables, from €30 to €50 per month. How do guest arrivals work in Le Pradet?
We install self check-in at our expense: keypad lock and remote intercom opening. Your guests arrive whenever they like. If you prefer an in-person welcome, the option costs €40 per booking.
Who supplies the linen?
It is up to you. Plan A: we supply the linen, for a flat fee of €20 to €60 per month depending on the size of the property. Plan B: you supply your own linen, 3 full sets per bed, and the flat fee is €0. Either way, laundry is paid by the guest.
