With these figures, the flat fees exceed the income. Adjust the prices or the number of nights.
Linen: plan A comes to €240 a year for a T1 or T2, €480 for a T3, €720 for a T4. If you supply your own linen (plan B), these costs disappear and what you get rises by the same amount.
